Today’s cardio/body weight circuit!
I don’t have access to a gym currently so I had to improvise! I wanted to run to sweat out all of the sugary crap I consumed yesterday but hate running on the treadmill for a long period of time so I created this circuit with body weight exercises. I was aiming for five rounds but only got through 4 and ended with a 2 minute sprint and 5 minute cool down and stretching! It is killerrrrrr, try it out!
